Smith Cottage is located on the edge of the MBL Campus and is primarily used as family housing with a combination of single and double beds that make up a three bedroom home.
Smith Cottage has a full kitchen (microwave oven, dishes, pots, pans, silverware), washer / dryer, bed linens, towels, and sun porch.
Pack n Play are available on a limited first-come, first-served basis. Crib-sized sheets and blankets are not available. Daily linen service is not available.
When departing:
Houses should be cleaned and left in good condition. Occupants must depart on schedule. Check-out time is 10:00 AM on the date of departure. Please abide by the check-out time as new clients are waiting to check in.
If you should find it necessary to check out after 10:00 AM, it is important to contact the Housing Office for approval and/or additional charges.
Before checking out, please:
- Clean kitchen, refrigerator, stove, and bathroom.
- Empty trash in the appropriate dumpster.
- Return keys to the Swope front desk.
