The Brick Dorm and Apartments complex includes:

• 6 two-bedroom dormitory suites with a shared bathroom

• 3 efficiency apartments

• 3 one-bedroom apartments

• 6 two-bedroom apartments

Brick Dormitory Units

Each Brick Dorm unit includes:

• Two twin beds

• Nightstands

• Dresser

• Shared bathroom with the adjacent room

Brick Apartments – Furnishings & Amenities

Brick Apartments are equipped with:

• Microwave oven

• Dishes, pots, pans, and silverware

• Single beds

• Bed linens, blankets, pillows, and towels

Please note:

• Daily linen service is not available.

• Pack ’n Plays are available on a limited, first-come, first-served basis.

• Crib-sized sheets and blankets are not provided.

Additional Services

• A credit card–operated laundry facility is available in the basement of the apartment building.

Check-Out & Departure Procedures

Apartments must be cleaned and left in good condition prior to departure. Residents must vacate on schedule.

• Check-out time: 10:00 AM on the date of departure

• Late check-outs require prior approval from the Housing Office and may incur additional charges.

Before Checking Out, Please:

• Clean the kitchen, refrigerator, stove, and bathroom

• Dispose of trash in the appropriate dumpster

• Return keys to the Swope front desk
